How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Customer name and mobile number.
- Product name.
- Reason for return or exchange.
- Clear photos of the product if there is damage, defect, or order mismatch.
After receiving the request, our customer service team will review the case and respond with the appropriate next steps.
Shipping Fees
If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or an order error, the store will bear the shipping costs after verifying the case.
